If the pet is over 5 kg, this model is the wrong rental. Ask on LINE before you book another plan.
Step 1 — Add the Official Account
Open LINE and add @564ueqwn (Oxygen Icu-Cage For Pet).

Step 3 — Wait for the delivery quote
Delivery is quoted on LINE, not listed as a fixed fee here. We confirm whether the SAM-ICU-HL-2K fits your dates and area, then send the delivery quote.
Step 4 — Deposit and schedule
- Deposit: THB 3,000 via PromptPay when we confirm
- Rental rates (equipment only): THB 300 / day, or THB 3,500 / 30 days
