What are the rental rates?
Daily: THB 300 / day (minimum 3 billable days). 30-day block: THB 3,500. We bill the cheapest combination of daily rates and 30-day blocks for your rental length.
How much is the deposit?
THB 3,000 is held for the rental period. Refund or deduction is handled after return inspection — details are confirmed on LINE.
What is a soft-hold?
After you receive a quote, we soft-hold the unit for about 20 minutes so you can pay via PromptPay / QR on LINE and send your slip.
How do I book?
Add LINE @564ueqwn, share dates and pet details (species, weight), receive a quote + soft-hold, pay, send slip, then confirm handover. All steps are on LINE — not a website cart.
What is the max pet weight?
The SAM-ICU-HL-2K is for small pets up to 5 kg.
What FiO₂ range does the unit support?
The cage supports an FiO₂ range of 21–70%. Actual settings should be licensed-veterinarian-directed — we do not set medical parameters for you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery options and fees are quoted on LINE for your location. We do not publish fixed delivery fees on this website.
Do you give medical advice?
No. This is equipment rental only. We do not diagnose, treat, or advise medically. Consult a licensed veterinarian about oxygen use.
If I extend, do I pay another deposit?
No second deposit when you extend the same rental on LINE. Extension rental charges still apply (cheapest combination).
What payment methods do you accept?
PromptPay / bank-transfer QR arranged on LINE. Pay the exact quoted amount and send your slip.
Are there binding website terms?
Per LEGAL-001, there are no binding website T&C yet. Rental terms are provided on LINE when booking.
What are the cage dimensions?
Approximately 50 × 35 × 35 cm (AIS SAM-ICU-HL-2K acrylic ICU).
