1. Change dates on LINE — early
Message LINE @564ueqwn as soon as you know the new dates. Do not wait until the driver is already en route. Say clearly: more days, fewer days, or a different return window — plus the address if access changed.
2. The 3-day minimum still applies
You can shorten a booking, but the published floor stays minimum 3 days. If your new end date would fall under that, ask on LINE what options remain. We do not invent special early-return fees on this page; anything beyond the published rates is confirmed in chat.
3. Published rates stay the truth check
- THB 300 / day (minimum 3 days)
- THB 3,500 / 30 days
- Deposit THB 3,000 via PromptPay or bank QR when applicable
Extending usually adds days at the path you already booked (daily vs 30-day package). Switching paths mid-rental is not automatic — confirm on LINE before you pay any difference. Delivery and pickup logistics stay quoted on LINE.
4. Soft FAQ — extend / shorten
- Can I add days? Yes, when the unit is still available. Ask on LINE with the new end date.
- Can I return earlier? Ask early. Keep the 3-day minimum in mind. Pickup window must be reconfirmed.
- Who sets the medical length? The licensed veterinarian — not this chat and not this blog. We only adjust the rental calendar you request.
- Does deposit change when I extend? Deposit soft-hold is the published THB 3,000 path unless LINE confirms otherwise for your case. Do not assume a new deposit number from this page.
- Weight still matters? Yes. This model is for pets 5 kg and under only. Breed names (Holland Lop / cat / dog) do not override weight.
