Ventilation is essential
The actual cage has a side-mounted fan and ventilation openings, intended to help reduce the buildup of CO₂ exhaled by pets. A fan alone does not establish safe CO₂ levels. Internal conditions need monitoring and veterinary guidance.

Ventilation matters too.
Pets exhale carbon dioxide (CO₂). This cage includes a side-mounted fan alongside ventilation openings, intended to help reduce the accumulation of exhaled air inside.
O₂, CO₂, temperature and humidity need monitoring under veterinary guidance. The fan photograph and model do not certify safe CO₂ levels or establish automatic control.

Appearance follows the actual cage photographs and the additional fan photograph supplied by the owner; nominal dimensions reference the six-page TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION ICU Cage. This is photo-derived, not a 3D scan or fabrication drawing. The exploded view explains components; it does not imply that every panel is removable.
- 800 × 500 × 500 mm is nominal, not a measurement of this cage. The document has conflicting 500/535 mm heights and floor datums. The floor, fan and mounting are approximate from photos, not a representation of measured airflow or CO₂-removal performance.
- H2 Ø125 and O2 Ø25 overlap in the listed coordinates. Openings and connectors are positioned approximately from photographs and require measurement before fabrication.
- The floor schedule totals 2,520 holes; the deburring section says 2,597. The model uses the schedule. The 795 × 495 mm floor fit against 10 mm walls remains unresolved.
- At least 5 kg support is a manufacturing requirement, not a verified test result or a pet-suitability criterion.
No airflow simulation or assurance of oxygen, temperature or CO₂ levels is provided. Your veterinarian must determine suitability and use.
