Return day checklist for the SAM-ICU-HL-2K
Rental end day for the SAM-ICU-HL-2K is logistics, not a clinic visit. Use this checklist before pickup so the unit goes back complete and on time.

1. Confirm pickup on LINE first

- Who will hand over the unit
- Preferred window if you need to adjust
Pickup timing and any fees are confirmed on LINE — we do not invent a fixed pickup fee on this page.
2. Power down and unplug safely
Follow the simple power-off steps you used during the rental. Unplug from the wall. Do not force cables or panels.
3. Pack what came with the unit
- Cage / chamber and any included trays or pads that belong to the rental
- Power cord and accessories that arrived with the SAM-ICU-HL-2K
- Wipe accessible surfaces with a soft cloth — no harsh chemicals unless we told you otherwise on LINE
4. Quick identity check
Confirm it is still the SAM-ICU-HL-2K you received (same unit for pets ≤5 kg). FiO₂ range on the device is 21–70% — that is equipment range, not a prescription to change on return day.
5. Deposit and rental reminder (if anything is still open)
- Rates (equipment only): THB 300 / day, THB 3,500 / 30 days, minimum 3 days
- Deposit THB 3,000 via PromptPay or bank QR — return/settlement details are handled on LINE, not as binding T&C on this page (LEGAL-001 pending)
6. Be present at handover
Have an adult available when pickup arrives. Keep LINE open for the driver’s last message.
If the animal still needs care
That is a veterinary conversation — not a reason to keep equipment without extending the rental on LINE. Contact your licensed veterinarian for clinical next steps; message @564ueqwn only for rental extension or pickup logistics.
